Frequently Asked Questions

What primary services do you offer?

Claim assistance and management related to fire, smoke, property, water, wind, and hurricane damage, as well as commercial property damage.

Can I handle my own claim?

It is your responsibility to substantiate every aspect of your claim. The presentation of your claim, along with the necessary supporting evidence, can be daunting. A competent public adjuster possesses the expertise to decipher the policy, submit the claim and accompanying documents punctually and in the correct format, negotiate effectively, and ensure the progression of the claim. A single misstep will cause delays and, in some cases, result in denial of your claim.

How long will the process take?

Each situation is unique, and regrettably, we cannot standardize the time required. However, we can guide you through the process and, once we have a clear understanding of your specific circumstances, provide you with a more accurate estimate of the expected timeline. Our objective is to settle your claim within 90 days, and we will do our best to do so.

Am I doing anything wrong hiring a Public Adjuster?

Not at all. Using a Public Adjuster on your claim compels the insurance company to adhere to the policy they sold you. The insurance company’s adjuster will value the professionalism and the orderly submission of documentation, and your claim will be settled quicker and with better results than if not. Public Adjusters are just insurance adjusters that represent your interest’s vs representing the insurance company. Shouldn’t you have your own adjuster?  The insurance company has an army of them.

What are your fees?

We apply the industry-standard pricing of a 10% fee on the claim awarded by the insurance company. For larger claims, fees are negotiable. The state sets these fees.
